"Yume Hana" is the fourth major and fifth overall single released by Piko. This was released in two different versions: a regular CD only edition, and a limited CD+DVD edition that comes with a live performance and two music videos of songs originally from his first major studio album 1PIKO. The titular track was used as an opening theme song for the TV show V no Ryuugi and as an ending theme song for the TV show Street Fighters. The single reached #16 on the Oricon weekly charts, where it is still charting.
