"Yume no Kanata e" is the third single released by Aoi, and the first release under his name without from Ayabie added. The titular track is a collaboration with the soccer J1 League club Montedio Yamagata and it's also their 2011 theme song. Aoi first sang the song at ND Soft Stadium Yamagata on the CD's release date. "Namida Refrain" was used as a tie-up song for GemCEREY's offcial website. The title song was released through Japan's iTunes store before it was released through Aoi's official shop. When purchased from the online shop, it comes with one randomly chosen glossy photo of Aoi. A nationwide release is planned for September 14th.
