teranoid is a female Japanese hardcore DJ and techno artist who mostly produces music in the nu style gabba genre.
Biography
teranoid's popularity exploded when gigadelic was featured in Konami's beatmania IIDX game series. Since then, she has held several club events with artists from IIDX, such as kors k, LIA, and Ryu☆. At the end of 2005, Teranoid Underground Edition was made available shortly at Comiket and at two of teranoid's club events. Due to overwhelming demand, the album was eventually released for sale in retail outlets as well as a second album, Teranoid Overground Edition. Both of her albums contain original works, remixes of Bemani songs, and long versions of Bemani songs.
In early 2006, tripping contact, a collaboration with kors k was included on beatmania IIDX 13 - DistorteD. It was also accompanied by a remix of said song by teranoid by herself featuring MC Natsack.
