The formation of the group was first noted on the June 2007 issue of the gal magazine Ranzuki, which was released in mid-April 2007. The official announcement was made on April 24th 2007 on the TNX website and at a launch event.

The announced group featured talento Gal Sone, gravure idol Tokito Ami and singer Tsuji Nozomi. Only a couple weeks after the official announcement, on May 8, Tsuji announced her withdrawal due pregnancy and engagement. On May 15, 2007, it was announced that singer Abe Asami would be joining the group.
