"Heisei Fuuzoku" is [[Shiina Ringo]]'s fourth studio album, after a three year period of releasing music with her band [[Tokyo Jihen]], and is the image album for the movie [[Sakuran]] (starring [[Tsuchiya Anna]] as an [[wikipedia:Oiran|Oiran]]). The album is available in two versions, a limited edition version (including and a special cross-shaped digipak, three stickers and a coaster) and a regular version. [[Saito Neko]] (a violinist who has worked with Shiina on numerous occasions, such as in [[Baishou Ecstasy]], [[Yokushitsu|La Salle de Bain]] and [[Dai Ikkai Ringohan Taikai no Moyou]]) is listed as a contributor in the album. The album debuted at the number one position on the [[Oricon]] charts. [[Karisome Otome]] is the theme song of Sakuran, and a [[Karisome Otome (Death Jazz Ver.)|download only Jazz version]] was released in November 2006 to promote the film. The ending theme song of the film is [[Kono Yo no Kagiri]], which was released as the album's only single.
