- Originally a third generation member of SKE48 Kenkyuusei, she gained prominence for having the longest tenure as a Kenkyuusei in the entire 48 Group. Reflecting her intention of remaining in Kenkyuusei instead of being promoted, she was given the title of "SKE48 Lifetime Honorary Kenkyuusei" (SKE48終身名誉研究生) during the SKE48 team shuffle in 2013, and then was appointed as the "AKB48 Group Kenkyuusei President" (AKB48グループ研究生会会長) during the AKB48 Group Grand Shuffle in 2014. She was announced for promotion to Team KII during the AKB48 team shuffle in 2015, which she accepted.
- Originally auditioned for SKE48's second generation.
