Information

PUNKY is the ninth studio album released by Kimura Kaela. It's title contains two meanings "to emit light naturally" and "punk-like."[1] The album was released in two editions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD edition. The LP was originally announced to be a five track mini-album back in July.[2] Prior the album Kimura released two digital singles: "BOX" was used as the tie-in song to Microsoft's Surface Book and "Koiwazurai no Buta" which was used as a commercial theme for Kracie‘s Naive face wash. "Himawari" was the theme for the film Christmas Card, and was used as a digital pre-release.

With the release of PUNKY Kimura announced her next tour KAELA presents PUNKY TOUR 2016-2017, which will hates dates from October to March. The tour is divided into two legs: With STUDS TOUR supported by Kracie naive starting on October 18th, and DIAMOND TOUR starts up in January 2017.[3]
