"Gifted" is the 30th single released by NEWS. It was released in six versions: two limited CD+DVD editions, two limited CD+BluRay editions and two regular CD edition. The title track was used as the intro theme song for the second season of the drama Gifted. The song "ROOTS" was written by the members. The limited edition A includes the music video, the making of, a performance of the song and a tour documentary. The limited editions B come with the recording of NEWS' 20th birthday party which was originally streamed on September 8, 2023. The regular editions offer six bonus songs. The first press of the regular edition comes with a different booklet that hides a secret code leading to a downloadable special image of NEWS.
