"Hoot" is a pop song recorded by Girls' Generation found on their third mini-album Hoot. It debuted at the #1 spot on October 30, 2010 on Gaon Chart, reached the #1 spot on Music Bank beating 2PM's "I'll Be Back", and also reached #1 on The Music Trend.
Music Video
The teaser video featured a parody of James Bond films' gun barrel sequence with a runtime of 34 seconds, and sampled Monty Norman and John Barry's score. The full music video was released on October 28, 2010 at 10am KST through various digital music retailers. Super Junior's member Siwon, appeared in the role of a Bond-like guy as a cameo. The video's runtime is 4:13. Their choreography copied archers simply including the shooting of an arrow. Rino Nakasone Razalan, a member of The Pussycat Dolls, was the choreographer of the song. They held their comeback stage on October 29, 2010 on KBS's Music Bank.
