- She participated on the 19th Hanbyul Music Festival held in 2006 where she received the grand prize for her personally produced choreography.
- Ji Sun also received an award for her dancing video at the Seoul Youth Festival.
- Only two months after their debut with Girl's Day, on September 12, 2010 it was announced that she left the group (along fellow member Ji In) in order to find her own character in music.
