"Iede Shoujo" is the tenth single (ninth major label single) released by Nakamura Ataru. The song is produced by Negishi Takamune, who has also produced Nakashima Mika, Cocco, and Hitoto Yo. It is also Ataru's first single after she transferred labels from avex trax to Yamaha Music Communcations. The single reached #90 on the Oricon weekly chart and charted for one week, selling 796 copies.
