"BREAK ALL DAY!" is Mizuki Alisa's 18th single. The title track was used as the first theme song for the Fuji TV dorama Nurse no Oshigoto 3. Also, it is a cover of the song "Viva La Fiesta" by UK pop group S Club 7. The single reached #20 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for eight weeks.
