In October of 2009, SHION had announced that she was going on hiatus due to health problems.
On December 10th of 2009, SHION was arrested for possession and use of the drug ketamine. According to a statement released by the police, Shion has admitted to the charges. They discovered a bag containing about 3 milligrams of ketamine, and she is suspected of using the drug about a week before the search. Her urine test resulted in positive for the drug.
