Sakura (櫻) is a term used by Sakurazaka46 to refer to the front members selected by management for each single. Unlike Fukujin for Nogizaka46, the front members for Sakurazaka46 were originally not only for the title track but for all the coupling songs as well. This only lasted for their first two singles, and the front members were only kept for the primary coupling songs from then on.
