chartered is the sole album released by the group dos. Much like the singles leading up to the record, it was produced by Komuro Tetsuya. This year had already been extremely success for Komuro, with his globe record becoming the best-selling album in Japan (until 1997's REVIEW~BEST OF GLAY), he also produced Amuro Namie's debut SWEET 19 BLUES and Kahala Tomomi's LOVE BRACE. All of which debuted at #1, and each sold over a million copies (selling over 4m, 3m, and 2m, respectively). Several of the songs feature lyrics written by the groups' own taeco.
The album reached #3 on the weekly Oricon chart.
