"Gokitai Kudasai" is the fifth and final single released by Ushirogami Hikaretai. Both the title track and b-side were used as the opening and ending themes respectively for the Fuji TV anime Hiraki! Ponkekky. The single reached #12 on the Oricon charts. The single charted for eight weeks and sold 56,000 units.
