"Dear Angel" is the third single released by OLIVIA. The title track was used as the Kanebo Kate CM song, while Remember Me? was used as the Morinaga Confectionary Wafer Chocolate "CuBiC" CM. This is OLIVIA's last single to be issued in the 8cm single style. This single was also her first single in which she took an active part in it: by composing the song and co-arranging the song. This single was later released two months later onto vinyl, including two rare remixes. The first press included an OLIVIA trading card. This single reached #29 on Oricon charts, charted for three weeks and sold 14,860 copies.
