"Moonlight Densetsu" is a pop song recorded by Kitade Nana. The song first appeared as the 2nd track on Kitade Nana's mini cover album, Cutie Bunny ~Nana-teki Rock Daisakusen♥ Codename wa C.B.R~.
The original version was used in the anime Sailor Moon as its opening theme song, and sung by DALI. Sailor Moon also used a version of the song sung by the group Moon Lips, consisting of the five main characters' voice actresses. The original tune for "Moonlight Densetsu" was inspired by the 1960's song "Sayonara wa Dance no Ato ni" by Baishou Chieko.
