LIS
L☆IS was a Japanese pop girl group in 1996 who were produces by Cozy Kobu with Komuro Tetsuya as the executive producer. They were featured on the television show ASAYAN and released only one single, "RUNNING ON", which featured many hit songs of Komuro Tetsuya.
Sortly before releasing their debut single they appeared on avex dance net'96. THey released their debut single on the 28th of August 1996, followed by a handshake event on the 29th of August. Komuro Tetsuya announced that the group would disband Ocotber 3rd, 1996. They held a goodbye concert at Velfarre disco, where 2,000 people turned up.
ASAYAN interviewed each girls about their future road ahead. Most of them went back to their regular lives, but Kurumizawa Hiroko and Makinoda Aya had somewhat succesful careers in showbusiness for many years after the disbandenment.
