"RUNNING ON" is L☆IS's first and only single. "RUNNING ON" is a medley that covers many of Komuro Tetsuya's popular songs up until that time. The b-side, "Akai Hana", is song by Kido Arisho who wasn't a member of the group but a newcomer to the ASAYAN family. The single reached #13 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for seven weeks.
