"DEPARTURES" is globe's fourth single. The title track was used as a theme song for the JR Ski Ski commercials. The song would be later covered by Demon Kogure on his 2009 album GIRLS' ROCK -Tiara-. The single reached #1 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for twenty-two weeks, selling 2,271,930 copies. It also reached #2 on the yearly Oricon charts for 1996.
