THE OTHER ONE is the first concept album released by BABYMETAL. It was released in five versions: a limited CD edition, a regular CD edition, an analog edition, a limited CD "BLACK ALBUM" A!SMART edition, and a limited CD+Blu-ray "CLEAR BOX" THE OTHER ONE edition. The limited CD edition comes with an analog-sized jacket and restoration puzzle while the first press regular CD and analog editions come with a clear case and clear booklet, with the regular edition reverting to a general-purpose booklet once supplies are depleted. The A!SMART edition comes with a black case, and the THE OTHER ONE edition comes with a special package and restoration photo card set.
