9GOATS BLACK OUT is an indies alternative Japanese rock band in the visual-kei scene. They formed near the end of 2007 as a trio, and use two support musicians. More than two years after their formation, 9GOATS BLACK OUT released their debut album TANATOS on March 24, 2010.

9GOATS BLACK OUT was formed near the end of 2007 by ryo (ex-GULLET) with utA and hati, both ex-Rayarch. The band doesn't have an official drummer but use aki (also ex-GULLET) as their drummer along with akaya, for the role of manipulator/programming/keyboards, as another support member. On December 24th they joined independent label dalli and opened their official website.
Starting on January 25th, 2008 9BLO released their debut mini-album devils in bedside through pre-sale on their official website. It sold-out through pre-orders some time before its release, so on February 12th the band release the second pressing of the mini-album through the website.
In the meantime they filmed their first PV for their song "sink", from their debut mini-album. They made two versions, one short (for demonstration purposes) and the long standard one. The music videos were released in select stores alongside the release of the regular pressing of devils in bedside on April 30th. The PVs are now availiable on the band's website.
