"Bankoku, Dai-Tokyo / Akai Kasa to Anata" is the fourth single released by D=OUT. It is their first double A-side single release. This was released in two different versions, an edition available only through purchasing it at live venues and another available only though retailers. The live venue edition comes in tall casing. This is a limited release having only 1,000 copies. The single reached #11 on the indies Oricon chart, and #170 on the major chart where it charted for a week.
