Caramel Milk ~THE BEST OF CHARA~ is the second best album released by Chara. It features songs released from 1995-2000. Interestingly, the song "Caramel Milk" would appear on Chara's 2001 album Madrigal despite not appearing on here. The album reached #2 on the Oricon charts, and charted for 12 weeks. selling a total of 520,000 copies. Since it sold 409,310 copies in 2000, the album reached #31 on the weekly Oricon chart for that year.
