"Kataomoi" is the 34th single released by Chara. The title track will be used as the ending theme for the anime Kimi ni Todoke while the B-side "Genki wo Dashite" is a cover of Takeuchi Mariya's song of the same name. The single will be released in three edition: CD+DVD type A limited edition with "Kataomoi" music video DVD; CD+DVD type B limited edition with preview DVD for the first DVD of Kimi ni Todoke which will be released in December 2009, an anime jacket and character stickers; and a regular CD only edition. The single reached #47 on the Oricon charts, and charted for three weeks.
