Gokujou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou (ごくじょう!!めちゃモテいいんちょう) is a Japanese shoujo manga series created by Nishimura Tomoko. Gokujou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou has been serialized in the magazine Ciao since 2006. The anime based on the manga series has aired on TV Tokyo since 2009. The second season of the anime is titled Gokujou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou Second Collection.

Characters/Cast

Main Characters

  • Kitagami Mimi (北神未海): The class president of MM Gakuen (Musashino Moriyama Academy). Seiyuu: Ogawa Mana.
  • Temotemo (テモテモ): Mimi's pet hamster. Seiyuu: Chiba Chiemi
  • Toujou Ushio (東條潮): The bassist of MM3 and Mimi's love interest. Seiyuu: Oshima Ryou.
  • Nishigiki Ao (西崎青): The guitarist MM3. Seiyuu: Abe Ryutaro.
  • Nagumo Namito (南雲波人): The keyboardist of MM3. Seiyuu: Watanabe Tomohiro.

Other Charaters

  • Himuru Ibu (氷室衣舞): A cool beauty. Seiyuu: Sugaya Risako
  • Nijuukyu-sensei (二十九先生): A music teacher. Seiyuu: Tsunku. This is also the pseudonym used by Tsunku for the lyrics and composition credits for all of the songs produced for the anime.
  • Mikki (みっき): A student at MM Gakuen. Seiyuu: Niwa Mikiho
  • Robin (ロビン): A student at MM Gakuen. Seiyuu: Okada Robin Shouko

Music

All music from the series is released on the Pony Canyon label. All themes were written and composed by Tsunku under the pseudonym Nijuukyu-sensei.
