Meguro Hitomi (目黒ひとみ) is a former Japanese pop idol singer and member of the pop trio Gyaru. Meguro got her start after she passed the auditions for the NTV show Star Tanjou! in 1973 with Shinozuka Mayumi, Ito Sakiko, Matsuda Shintaro, and Yonenaga Tooru. Two years later, she made her musical debut with the single "Watashi no Sugar Boy" under the label Victor Entertainment.

Then in 1977, she formed the group Gyaru with Kuroki Mayumi and Ishie Michiyo. However, the group broke up in 1979 and Meguro retired from show business soon after.
