His image color is purple.
The nickname Hina was chosen after Hinagata Akiko because people thought he looked like her.
Favorite food is rice and noodles.
Is known for hitting people on the head for various reasons.
Is often bullied and said to be easy to frustrate because of his bloodtype (AB), together with Uchi Hiroki they're the only ones having B in their blood, however it's only Hina who let's his B-side "show".
Together with Yoko he is the most talkative member of the group and is often seen as a leader, which is wrong since Kanjani8 doesn't have a leader.
