NEKO ni Fuusen (ネコに風船) is Otsuka Ai's 9th single. The title song was used as the TVCM song for Toshiba's W31T (au) mobile phone/music player, while the coupling with song was used as the TV-CF song for music.jp.

Currently, this is her only single to have the first press be a digipak.
