"Neko ni Fuusen" is Otsuka Ai's ninth single. The title track was used as main theme for the "Toshiba" mobile phone W31T CM and "Natsu Sora" as music.jp CM. The single reached #3 on Oricon charts and charted for 14 weeks. This single sold 111,324 copies and is the #92 single of 2005.

It was certified Golden for the shipment of 100,000 singles.
