"CHU-LIP" is Otsuka Ai's fourteenth single. The title track was used as theme song to the TBS dorama "Kirakira Kenshuu I". This single marks the first time that Ai has released more than 3 singles before the release of an album. The single reached #3 position and charted for 13 weeks. It sold 55,362 copies copies in its first week and a total of 120,779 copies.
The song is certified Million for 1,000,000 units downloaded, and certified Golden for the shipment of 100,000 singles.
