"Poolside" is the thirteenth single released by Takahashi Hitomi. The single was released in two versions: a CD only version and a CD+DVD version, which includes a music video. The single is produced by PE'Z pianist H ZETT M, and includes "KURAGE-DROP", which is Takahashi's first efforts at music writing. Lyrically, the title song describes an adult woman looking back on her childhood while also anticipating the future.
