UNiTE. (ユナイト) is a visual kei band formed on February 1st, 2011. The band's name comes from the word, "unity" meaning to be united. They consist of five members: a vocalist, two guitarists, a bassist and a drummer. UNiTE. are currently an indies band signed with the label Danger Crue Records. Previously, Shiina Mio as their leader chose the name "unite" for the track song but finally it became band's name.

Before forming UNiTE., Shiina Mio, Haku, and Yukimi began a visual-kei band Canzel in 2007. Then, after the release of the last album, they disbanded in 2010. After almost one year, around 2011, they formed a new band and recruited a vocalist Yui (known as Kai in his previous oshare-kei band ALiBi) and a guitarist LiN (former bassist of LeMpicka?).

Their first performance took place on March 29th, 2011 at shibuya duo MUSIC EXCHANGE. At the same day they released Greeting CD "UNiTE.". In 2011 UNiTE., released two singles "U -s m e h-" and "Middle Note", which peaked #1 and #3 at Indies Oricon Chart. Around the middle of 2011, before the release of their first album, band announced that they joined Danger Crue Records.

On 2012 they hold UNiTE. FIRST ANNIVERSARY ONEMAN LIVE [U&U's -ANSWER-] at Akazaka Blitz. In October 2012, they joined JROCK EVOLUTION 2012 along with various visual-kei artists, such as MUCC, girugamesh, Alice Nine, SuG, and D=OUT. Their second album MEANiNG came out on December 5th, 2012.
