"Before the Moment" is Kitamura Eri's debut single. The title track was used as the opening theme song for the anime Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Pure, the song "Angel" was used as the ending theme song for the TV show Monstudio, while Monster ga Saikou! was used as the opening theme song for the same show. The single reached #121 on the Oricon charts and charted for three weeks.
