"Dakishimetai" is the fourth single (third major label single) released by Base Ball Bear. The title track was used as the opening theme song for the TV program JAPAN COUNTDOWN. The first press came with a live version of "CRAZY FOR YOU no Kitetsu" recorded at COUNTDOWN 06/07. The single reached #26 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for six weeks.
