Hanasakeru Seishounen (花咲ける青少年) is a shojo manga series created by Itsuki Natsumi. It ran from February 1987 from August 1994 the Japanese monthly shojo magazine, LaLa.

The series has been adapted into a thirty-nine episodes anime produced Studio Pierrot and directed by Kon Chiaki. The anime series is currently airing every Sunday at 23:01 to 23:29 starting from April 4rd 2009 on NHK and BS2 channels.

Synopsis

Kajika Burnsworth suddenly was called back to America by her father after just starting middle school in Japan. He proposes her a game that she will meet three men chosen by him and she must chose one out of three to be her future husband. In addition, their meetings are secretly manipulated, the candidates do not known her and Kajika must make them choose her too. He also proposes about revealing the secret about the meaning of her destiny after the game ended. She accepts her father's challenge and her wheel of fate begins to turn.

Protagonist of the series. She is a bright, strong girl and has abilities to attract people. She likes all the candidates for husbands but is doubting about love between one of theme.
