"Heikousen" is the fourth single released by Sayuri. It was released in a limited CD+DVD edition, a regular CD Only edition, and a limited CD+DVD anime edition. Each edition comes with 1 random trading card. The title track was used as the ending theme for the anime Kuzu no Honkai. The single peaked at #10 on the Oricon charts and charted for eight weeks, selling 16,330 copies.

- This is a shortened version of the standard song. It was used as the ending credits song for the anime Kuzu no Honkai. It was included in the Anime Version of the "Heikousen" single as track #3.
- Heikousen -Hikigatari ver.-
- This is an alternate arrangement where Sayuri plays guitar and sings to her own accompaniment. It was included as track #2 on the Limited A edition of Sayuri's fifth single, "Tsuki to Hanataba".
