"How to go" is the seventh and final single released by School Food Punishment. The title track was used as the opening theme song for the anime UN-GO. The limited edition comes with a bonus DVD, a logo sticker and the instrumental version of the title track while the limited pressing comes with a bonus DVD plus the opening video of the anime, UN-GO character cards, an anime edition of the title track and a different cover artwork. The single reached #18 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 8 weeks.
