"Megamasso Ninki Ongen Shuu" is the first best of album released by Megamasso. The tracklisting was voted on by a poll by the band's fan club Mega-star's prayer. This was released in two different CD only editions. Each edition slightly differs in the tracklisting order. The limited edition comes with special DJ talks in radio format where the members describe the songs. The regular edition comes with one randomly chosen out of a possible five Megamasso History Trading Cards. Contains two new tracks, one by Megamasso ("Oborozuki"), and the other by their alter-ego mice band Megamachu ("Futatsu no Dangan").
