"Sekaijuu no Dare Yori Kitto" is a collaboration single with Nakayama Miho and WANDS. The song was used as the theme song for the dorama Dareka ga Kanojo wo Aishiteru. It would later be covered by various artists such as Debbie Gibson with Eric Martin, Shimatani Hitomi, Sakai Noriko, and Ingaki Junichi. Oda Tetsuro also self-covered the song on his albums Songs and MELODIES. The song would also win the Best 5 Single Award at the 7th Annual Golden Disc Taisho, Gold Prize at the 12th Annual JASRAC Awards, and top prize at the Japanese Lyricists Association Awards in 1992.[1] Nakayama later performed the song at the en of the year program Kouhaku Uta Gassen for 1992.
The single reached #1 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for 28 weeks, selling over 1,833,000 copies. It also reached #37 and #10 on the yearly Oricon charts for 1992 and 1993 respectively.
