Shinseiki is the fourth mini-album released by POLKADOT STINGRAY. It was released in a 20,000-copy limited edition only. The song "" was used as the MMV song for POLKADOT STINGRAY x Racco's x Ten'nen Mizu Sparkling Lemon collaboration, the song "sp813" was used as the J-WAVE "SPARK" Tuesday collaboration song, and the song "Togemeku Spica" was used as the December-January theme for the show Minna no Uta. The mini-album peaked at #6 on the Oricon weekly albums chart and charted for a total of six weeks.
