The albums' tracks are all Phantasmagoria cover songs from bands signed to [[UNDER CODE PRODUCTION]] (save for [[Bergerac]] and [[Doremidan]]). Tribute to Phantasmagoria is the first tribute album released for Phantasmagoria, who "sealed" (temporarily disbanded) on August 31st, 2007. Past New Phase is the reworked deluxe version of Tribute to Phantasmagoria.
