"LEVEL 4" is the fourth single released by T.M.Revolution. The title track was used as the commercial song for the PlayStation game Motor Toon Grand Prix. The single reached #18 on the Oricon charts and charted for 35 weeks, selling 426,950 copies. Because it sold 414,930 copies in 1997, it became the #79 single of the year.
