UL-SAYS was a Japanese pop group and a sub-unit of Tokyo Performance Doll from 1991 to 1994. The group released their only single on October 1991, entitled "BEGIN THE Kirei". Even though the group released one single, UL-SAYS still performed at various lives and appeared on many Tokyo Performance Doll albums. However, UL-SAYS officially disbanded in 1994 when the members graduated from TPD.
