NICE GIRL プロジェクト！ (Romaji: NICE GIRL Project!) is a joint project between Tanabe Agency, Space Craft Group, Up-Front Agency, and TNX, which was created by Tsunku on 15 October 2007. All units will be expected to participate in two joint concerts, an individual concert, a play and musical, and a Hello! Project collaborative concert each year. An audition for new members was held during October 2007. NGP began its full-time activities in April 2008.
