392 is CNBLUE's second (and final) indie album under AI Entertainment. The group has since been picked up by Warner Music Japan. The album contains a total of 11 songs, most being re-releases from their first Korean album FIRST STEP and third mini-album FIRST STEP +1 THANK YOU, translated into a mix of English and Japanese.
Lyrics and compositions of the songs "Man in front of the Mirror" and "Illusion" were made by band members, Jung Yong Hwa and Lee Jong Hyun respectively.
