"In My Head" is the fourth Japanese single (first Japanese major single) released by CNBLUE. It was released in three editions: a limited, regular and Lawson store limited edition. The limited edition comes with a DVD and a 52-page photobook housed in a sleeve case while the Lawson edition includes five photocards. The title track was used as the ending theme song for the anime SUPERNATURAL: THE ANIMATION.
