"EYES LOVE YOU" is hide's first single. The single reached #3 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for nine weeks. It was released on the same day as his second single "50% & 50%", and shared the same cover (albeit with different color schemes). The two singles would form a 3-D image when placed side-by-side.

In 2007, "EYES LOVE YOU" was re-released in 12cm CD format alongside his following three singles (50% & 50%, DICE, and TELL ME) and featured a new cover. The four singles were re-released on December 12 -- one day before hide's 43rd birthday.
