"Hero / Ashita e" is FUNKY MONKEY BABYS's eleventh single. It was released in three versions: a regular edition, a limited edition type A containing a DVD with the "Hero" PV and a limited type B also containing a DVD with the "Ashita e" PV.
"Hero" was used as the theme song for the programs Zoom in!! SUPER and Zoom in!! Saturday, while "Ashita e" was used as the image song for the High School Soccer Championship.
